Many people do not know how many processes there are in an electrophoresis line. Here may be the most complete electrophoresis process, and those who need it can collect it.
Firstly, hang the products neatly on the conveyor belt to ensure that there are no collisions or accumulations during the coating process.
Next, spray pre degreasing is carried out, using cleaning solution to preliminarily remove the oil and dirt on the surface of the product through spraying, improving the electrophoresis effect.
Afterwards, it is degreasing by immersion in oil. The product is immersed in an acidic solution to dissolve and remove deeper layers of oil and oxides, enhancing the activity of the metal surface.
Subsequently, two oil immersion and water washing were carried out to remove acidic substances and prevent adverse effects on the subsequent electrophoresis process.
Perform two more spray water washes to further clean and ensure there are no residual acidic substances.
Next are two rounds of spray ceramic coating, using a special formula of cleaning solution (ceramic coating solution) to remove small particles and impurities that may adhere, improving the smoothness of the paint film.
Afterwards, immerse in oil and wash with water, and clean again to ensure that the ceramic solution has been completely removed.
Then, spray pure water to clean the product, using pure water to prevent any foreign impurities from affecting the quality of the paint film.
The next step is cathodic electrophoresis, where the product is placed in an emergency positively charged paint solution and adsorbed onto the metal surface under the action of an electric field, forming a uniform and dense paint film.
Subsequently, UF1 and UF2 ultrafiltrate spray washing were carried out, and the ultrafiltrate was used for secondary cleaning to remove large molecular impurities from the paint and improve the transparency and durability of the paint film.
Perform oil immersion and water washing again to ensure that the electrophoretic paint film is thoroughly cleaned and there is no residual paint liquid.
Next is the spray pure water cleaning, which is the final pure water cleaning to ensure that the paint film is dry without moisture.
The next step is to bake the electrophoretic paint film. The product is sent to a drying oven and rapidly cured at high temperatures to enhance its hardness and weather resistance.
Finally, the product is hung down, and after electrophoresis and drying, it is safely removed from the production line for further inspection and packaging.
The purpose of the entire process is to ensure that the product obtains a uniform, firm, and impurity free paint film, thereby providing excellent protection and decorative effects.
